JCE
JCE is a Swedish investment group focused on long-term ownership and responsible value creation. Through active ownership, governance, and close collaboration with management teams, JCE develops companies with a clear focus on sustainability, profitability, and long-term relevance.
Our assignment was to translate JCE’s ownership philosophy into a clear and coherent brand presence. The work focused on strengthening structure, consistency, and clarity across digital touchpoints, ensuring the brand reflects JCE’s role as a stable and responsible long-term owner without changing the core values.
Challenge
JCE’s strength lies in its long horizon, broad portfolio, and active ownership model. The challenge was to create a broader brand framework that reflects JCE’s values of long-term ownership, responsibility, and sustainability, without altering the logotype itself. The identity needed to extend what already existed, not replace it by strengthening clarity and flexibility while preserving continuity and trust.
The identity needed to work across digital platforms, corporate communications, and diverse business contexts.














Results
One brand across markets
JCE now operates with a clearer and more cohesive brand presence. The identity supports the organisation’s role as a long-term owner and provides a stable platform for communication across audiences and contexts.
Structured identity system
The identity is structured around a consistent core with controlled regional variation. Layout, typography, and hierarchy remain constant, while country-specific colours and sub-logotypes provide clear local distinction. This structure allows each market to be identifiable while remaining part of a unified whole.
